OSP Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an OSP Field Supervisor for our valued client, a rapidly growing Internet Service Provider!Position OverviewThe OSP Field Supervisor will oversee day-to-day Outside Plant (OSP) construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with company standards and industry specifications. This role serves as the key field liaison between construction crews, general contractors, inspectors, and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise OSP construction projects (aerial and underground/buried fiber installations)Coordinate with OSP Construction General Contractors (GCs)Provide timely updates and required documentation to Outside Plant Construction Management leadershipOversee on-site activities to ensure materials, equipment, and crews are properly scheduled and deployedAttend production and coordination meetingsLiaise with inspectors and municipalities to secure required approvalsMaintain accurate project documentation, including daily field reportsEnsure strict compliance with safety standards and quality control requirementsMinimum QualificationsStrong knowledge of OSP construction methods, including aerial and buried installationsExperience with OTDR testing and fiber splicingFamiliarity with OSP procedures and RUS specificationsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documentsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
