OEM Technical Services Representative Job

With more than 100 years of expertise, it develops advanced sealing and bonding solutions that adapt intelligently to the evolving demands of daily life.We are seeking a Technical Services Representative to provide hands-on technical support for Bostik’s OEM and professional channel customers across the Americas region, with a primary focus on the soft / resilient flooring industry.Reporting to the Technical Service Director, this role serves as a key technical liaison between customers, Sales and R&D, ensuring products perform to specification through testing, field trials, training, benchmarking, and on-site support. The role requires a strong understanding of flooring installation practices, the ability to conduct hands-on testing and evaluations, and the skill to translate technical findings into clear written reports and recommendations.About The RoleAs an OEM Technical Services Representative, you’ll contribute to the Group’s success by:Managing bond testing and adhesive studies with the OEM’s productsEvaluating and field trialing R&D formulations for new product developmentManaging all OEM-related inspections, job site visits, and technical inquiriesCollaborating with Sales and R&D teams, while representing Bostik professionally with key customersKey Skills And Qualifications To Succeed In The RoleAt least 5 years of hands-on experience in the flooring industry (including previous background in flooring installation)HS diploma required, with post-HS technical school degree preferredFlooring inspection and installation courses preferredAbility to perform safe work practices aligned with OSHA, EPA, and Bostik EHS standards, as well as travel outside of local territory multiple times per year#bostikUSA
