DescriptionEquipment CoordinatorReports to: Equipment ManagerSummaryThe Equipment Coordinator supports equipment operations by managing MRO/Spare parts purchasing, parts inventory, repair coordination, and related documentation to ensure efficient operations.ResponsibilitiesManage MRO purchasing, including orders and delivery trackingMaintain inventory and spare parts usage recordsCoordinate delivery schedules with Purchase team and Logistic teamTrack external repair status and maintain documentation for OPEX, CAPEX and vendor ActivitiesUtilize Excel for data tracking and reportingOrganize internal equipment documentation and filesCommunicate with internal teams and external vendorsAdhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLSPerform other duties and special projects, as assigned by managementRequired Qualifications Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience Strong proficiency in Excel (for data tracking and reporting) Candidates must have a satisfactory work record without attendance or performance related job disqualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience in purchasing, inventory, or materials management, with the ability to identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues Experience with AutoCAD Experience with SAP systemPreferred Qualifications Experience in solar panels industry Experience other fabrication-related software is preferredPhysical Qualifications Lifting up to 50lbs Walking and standing for 50% of work shiftHanwha Q CELLS provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
