If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle unique problems that no one else is solving, keep reading about this immediate full-time position.Your ImpactDevelop and maintain close partnerships with business stakeholders, and become a trusted advisor in week-to-week business activities and decision-makingModeltop-line sales forecast, updating weekly, monthly, and Quarterly top line metrics (Bookings, Billings, RPO, Current RPO, ARR, NRR) with key insights for executive reviewOwn P&L process and analysis for Go-To-Market functions, including SaaS/PS revenue, resource allocation, and operating expensesAnalyze and report on financial results, including variance analysis, to identify and communicate key business drivers, risks, and opportunitiesPartner with the Revenue Finance team to analyze the impact of changes to top-line forecasts on efficiency metricsDrive improved management reporting, working with Sales Operations and Accounting to more discretely and accurately track financial resultsDistill and synthesize issues, communicating key messages to the leadership teamOwn Headcount and Opex management for key sales functions by partnering with Recruiting, Sales Ops, and Sales leadersLead monthly, quarterly, and Annual forecasts, as well as scenario modeling for all GTM operational expenses and headcountDevelop repeatable business, operationa,l and financial processes widely understood by all key business partners;Build detailed, scalable, and automated models to articulate scenarios and sensitivity analysis to evaluate investment priorities and evaluate potential alternativesConvert data to practical and insightful analytics to support QBR, BOD, and Earnings package materialsPartner with corporate FP&A on the long-range planning model, supporting cross-functional communication, and updating on key driversYour QualificationsMBA or another advanced degree5+ years of FP&A or business finance experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, including experience at a global, publicly-traded companyBusiness partnering and the ability to draw conclusions from dataAble to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environmentAbility to work cross-functionally, influencing appropriatelyStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsSkilled at building financial models to help automate and scale; build dashboards for seamless executive reviewsPreferred SkillsPrevious experience at a Public Accounting Firm is ideal!Ability to multitask and work on multiple deadlines in parallel in a dynamic, high-growth environmentIndependent operator with a high level of integrity and commitmentProven track record in a proactive and pre-emptive business partnership approachSkill in transitioning an idea or high-level problem statement into a scalable and automated model with operational detailCrisp communication skillsOwners' attitude, self-motivated and driven, with a keen bias to actionOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusionand Belonging (DEIB)We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
