Network Support Engineer

We're working with a leading IT solutions provider that specializes in supporting federal agencies across the United States with comprehensive IT services.The Role Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems. Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting. Plan and implement complex changes on production systems. Resolve escalated incidents by troubleshooting and implementing complex fixes. Conduct trend analysis for proactive identification of issues and resolution. Install, configure, patch, and maintain various technologies including servers and networks.What You'll Need Associate’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 5-8 years of experience in IT, systems administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products (Windows, Windows Servers, Office365, SharePoint, Teams). Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system hardware, software, or networking problems. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, translating technical terminology.
