Junior Cosmetology Instructor

Duties: - Assist in the development and implementation of cosmetology curriculum and lesson plans - Teach and demonstrate various cosmetology techniques, including hair coloring, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatment - Incorporate adult education principles and teaching methods to engage students - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity - Supervise and evaluate student performance during practical applications - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cosmetology Qualifications: - Valid cosmetology license - Extensive knowledge and experience in cosmetology techniques, including hair coloring, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatment - Strong understanding of anatomy related to cosmetology procedures - Experience in teaching or training adults in a classroom setting is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
