You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates worldwide.You'll contribute to the development and Mechanical Integration of Drive Assembly Products (Traction Motor, Gear Unit & coupling) and related maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement, Industrialization, Quality, and Manufacturing), design reviews, and support continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.We’ll look to you for:Performing 3D modeling, technical documents, design annotations, and 2D deliverables in compliance with QCD commitments and established processesModeling equipment in alignment to allocated volumes and interfaces for drive productsConducting detailed design on internal subsystemsRequirement management and compliance with requirements such as allocated volumes, weight, interfaces, and applicable industry standardsPreparing and documenting Design Reviews and supporting Project Design GatesChecking the quality of detailed design documentation, drawings, and subcontractors' designsRealizing and maintaining the Engineering Bill of MaterialPlanning and leading Mechanical Drive activities for assigned zones, ensuring deliverables adhere to customer and project requirements All About YouWe value passion and attitude over experience.
