The role holder will own the end-to-end roadmap, guide the team, and work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities that deliver real business value. With a strong grasp of banking processes, agile delivery, and automation technologies including RPA and AI, they will ensure solutions are delivered to a high standard, remain compliant with regulatory requirements, and generate measurable outcomes for the organization.
