Program Management Lead – Operational TransformationOverviewWe're looking for a Program Management Lead to support a portfolio of operational transformation initiatives within alternative investments.This role will own a vendor migration and operating model transition, while also supporting multiple parallel initiatives (platform onboarding, process improvements, workflow implementations).What You'll DoProgram Leadership & GovernanceManage multiple transformation initiatives across operationsBuild and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reportingDrive execution, accountability, and timelines across teamsIdentify risks, blockers, and dependencies—and push them to resolutionLead meetings, working sessions, and steering committeesDeliver updates to leadership and key stakeholdersVendor Migration & Operating Model TransitionOversee a mid-scale vendor migration and service transitionCoordinate across internal teams and external vendorsEnsure operational readiness and smooth executionSupport rollout of the future-state operating modelTransformation & Process ImprovementSupport onboarding of new platforms, tools, and workflowsDrive process improvement and workflow optimization effortsAssess current operations and identify improvement opportunitiesFacilitate requirements discussions and follow-throughWhat They're Looking For8–12 years of program/project management experienceExperience leading multiple concurrent initiatives in complex environmentsStrong background in governance (planning, reporting, RAID, dependencies)Ability to run programs independently and drive outcomesStrong communication skills (including executive updates)Experience in financial services or alternative investments preferredBusiness analysis / requirements experience is a plusThe salary range for this position is $75 to $85 per hour.
