Superintendent – Construction (Manufacturing) Location: Brookshire, TX Duration: 4-month contract Start Date: 6/15/2026 Schedule: 6 days/week, up to 12 hours/dayInsight Global is seeking an experienced Superintendent to support construction efforts for large-scale manufacturing facilities in Brookshire, TX. This individual will play a key role in driving field execution, coordinating across multiple teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. The Superintendent will work closely with base build teams, Construction Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering to support successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day field operations for construction projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on time, and to quality standardsDevelop and drive project schedules, identifying and resolving critical path issues and proactively communicating risksManage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site trades across multiple scopesCreate and maintain detailed site logistics and execution plansPartner with engineering teams to quickly resolve design challenges and keep projects moving forwardTrack field changes, maintain documentation, and support overall project reportingEnsure all installations meet end-user requirements and quality expectationsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain alignment across project goalsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)7+ years of experience supporting large commercial, industrial, or manufacturing construction projectsStrong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools such as Microsoft ProjectHands-on, field-driven mindset with willingness to be on-site and engaged in day-to-day construction activitiesExperience working in fast-paced, high-performance environments with aggressive timelines
