Whether you are seeking a dynamic practice environment, a supportive physician-led culture, or the lifestyle advantages of Central Florida, this opportunity delivers on every level.Professional Highlights Employed OBGYN position within a physician-led, professionally managed organization Monday-Friday schedule (8am-5pm) with dedicated surgical block time 60% GYN and 40% Practice Setting 24/7 OB/GYN hospitalist coverage significantly reduces call burden Strong clinical support including MAs, front-office staff, and APP/CNM collaboration Integrated access to MFM, Urogyn, MIGs, Gyn?Onc,?and?Breast Large, established patient base with strong new-patient demand Newly built facilities and multiple clinic location options throughout Central Florida Excellent payer mix, including patients from major employers and system team members Competitive compensation with productivity and performance incentives $75K sign-on bonus + relocation assistance 30 days PTO including holidays
