If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out.The OpportunityWe collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Wyoming region seeking HR Generalists. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates-not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.Manage full-cycle recruitment for various manufacturing roles, from sourcing to onboarding.Process payroll and benefits administration, addressing employee inquiries and resolving discrepancies.Conduct employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal setting.Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs.Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulationsExperience with HRIS and payroll systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionBonus QualificationsExperience with HRIS implementation or optimizationSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certificationProficiency in a second language, particularly SpanishExperience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six SigmaFamiliarity with union environments and collective bargaining agreementsJob Titles That Should ApplyHR Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, HR Coordinator, Human Resources Coordinator, HR Specialist, Human Resources Specialist, People Operations Generalist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Employee Relations Specialist, HR Business PartnerWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
