Grand Rapids, MI$60,000-$70,000Full-Time M-FOur client, a growing organization in the Grand Rapids area, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and partner with leadership on key initiatives. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys a balance of employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and process improvement.Position OverviewThe Human Resources Generalist will manage a wide range of HR responsibilities including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management support, and compliance. This position works closely with managers and employees to ensure a positive workplace culture and consistent HR practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister full-cycle recruiting, including posting roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviewsLead onboarding and orientation processes for new hiresServe as a point of contact for employee relations questions and concernsSupport performance review processes and manager coachingAdminister employee benefits and assist with open enrollmentMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS dataEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsAssist with payroll processing and timekeeping oversightSupport policy development and implementationCoordinate employee engagement initiatives and company eventsQualifications3+ years of progressive HR experienceExperience with HRIS systems and payroll platformsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailHuman Resources Generalist Human Resources Generalist Human Resources Generalist Human Resources Generalist Human Resources Generalist Human Resources Generalist Human Resources Generalist Human Resources Generalist
