Southeast Regional Sales Manager - Switch Mode Power Supplies, UPS & Inverters | RemoteWe are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven sales professional to lead and expand our regional presence across the Southeast (Florida, Georgia, and surrounding states). This remote position offers the opportunity to build meaningful customer relationships while driving significant business growth in the power electronics market.Position OverviewAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and Inverter solutions. You'll engage directly with OEM customers, system integrators, and distributors to identify market opportunities, close high-value deals, and establish long-term partnerships. This role requires a consultative approach—positioning solutions rather than competing on price alone.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual regional sales business plans with clear targets and success metricsIdentify, qualify, and close new OEM and end-user accounts in the SMPS, UPS, and inverter marketsBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, distributors, and channel partnersConduct technical presentations and solution demonstrations to influence purchasing decisionsManage full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and account closureProvide ongoing account management and customer support to ensure satisfaction and repeat businessCollaborate with engineering, product, and factory teams to customize solutions and meet customer specificationsMonitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunitiesTravel to customer locations as needed to strengthen relationships and support sales initiativesPrepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity metrics for management reviewManage and coordinate with manufacturer representatives and regional distributorsRequired QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of proven outside sales experience in power electronics, power supply, UPS, or inverter marketsStrong technical knowledge of SMPS, UPS, inverter technologies, and applicationsDemonstrated success in managing OEM and systems integrator accountsExperience working effectively with manufacturer representatives and channel partnersTrack record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targetsAbility to conduct technical presentations to engineering and procurement teamsExcellent problem-solving skills with a consultative, solution-oriented selling approachStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyProficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics toolsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levelsSelf-starter mentality with minimal need for supervisionAbility to build trust and credibility with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
