This role is responsible for supporting the full quote-to-cash process, helping structure complex deals, and ensuring compliance with internal policies while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes. You’ll play a key role in reviewing pricing and contract structures, supporting enterprise sales motions, improving operational processes, and helping scale the systems and frameworks that support revenue growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who is analytical, solutions-oriented, and comfortable balancing policy, risk, and practical business judgment.What You’ll DoSupport the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, including deal structuring, pricing reviews, contract approvals, and execution.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure deals align with company policies, financial goals, and operational requirements.Provide pricing guidance, analyze discounting and commercial terms, and support enterprise deal negotiations and approvals.Track deal performance, approval metrics, cycle times, and operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Drive process improvements across contracting, approvals, and workflow management to enhance scalability and sales efficiency.Support automation and AI-driven operational initiatives while maintaining documentation, SLAs, and best practices.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field3 to 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Revenue Operations, or a related roleExperience supporting high-volume deal environments with strong attention to detailExperience working in SaaS, subscription-based, or technology businesses preferredStrong Excel or spreadsheet modeling skillsExperience with Salesforce and quote-to-cash systemsFamiliarity with CPQ platforms is strongly preferredComfortable working with data and operational reporting toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to evaluate non-standard situations and exercise sound business judgmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsSolutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance competing prioritiesStrong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountabilityAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentComfortable navigating cross-functional discussions and internal negotiationUnderstanding of core financial concepts such as revenue, gross margin, and profitabilityFamiliarity with SaaS pricing models and subscription-based business structuresAwareness of competitive dynamics and commercial deal strategyPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting enterprise or strategic sales teamsExperience with discounting strategies and approval frameworksExposure to contract management or legal coordination within a sales processExperience analyzing customer behavior, pricing trends, or deal performance dataInterest in process automation, AI tooling, or operational efficiency initiatives
