Position Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Location Remote Duration 18 months, possible extension Responsibility Overview Assist in leading the development of user stories and technical requirements for process or system solutions spanning multiple business partners by collaborating with stakeholders and business areas. Responsibilities Participate in all phases of requirements gathering, solution design, configuration (or development), testing activities, end-user training and application administration. Participate in business process reviews for requirement gathering and documentation. Translate business requirements into IT requirements, leveraging Salesforce best practices and a low-code/no-code maxim approach. Work with business and stakeholders to develop requirements for various initiatives. Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities including user story submission, backlog grooming, planning, and assist in sprint planning and schedules. Assist with breaking down business partner stories and business requirements into backlog items to be worked by product developers and ensure developers have a thorough understanding of each story and/or requirement. Participate in technical design reviews and collaborate on proposed technical solutions and approach. Collaborate with other business analysts, developers, project managers, and business users in daily scrum sessions to ensure consistency in sprint schedules. Document and assign defects resulting from functional, regression and load testing. Maintain IT relationships by working with application architects, infrastructure teams, and/or database administrators to ensure compliance with State of New Hampshire Technology processes including SDLC, code review process, promotion process, etc. Ensure appropriate steps to protect PHI/PII/PCI. Skills & Technologies 5+ years of experience as a Lead Analyst, Admin, or Developer. 4 years of experience in Agile Methodology. 4 years of experience with SDLC Methodology. 4 years of Project management experience. 3 years of experience with customer relationship management processes and systems. 3 years of Salesforce.com experience including Sales Cloud. 3 years of experience as administrator for Salesforce Service Cloud with thorough understanding of standard functionality, custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, flow, process builder and standard deployment practices along with user profile, permissions, and roles. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Very strong presentation and negotiation skills. Understanding the limits of the Salesforce platform and when to engage the appropriate solution to meet business needs. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and prioritize workload to meet deadlines for yourself as well as the team. Salesforce Administrator certification required. Salesforce Public Sector (Formerly Vlocity) and Capado experience highly preferred. Employment Type & Compensation Contractor, $60.00 per hour J-18808-Ljbffr
