Grading Foreman

Job Description :Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Grading Foreman to lead and actively participate in grading and earthwork operations. This position requires hands-on fieldwork while supervising crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications.Responsibilities:Perform and oversee daily grading and earthwork operationsOperate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, blades, loaders, skid steers, etc.Read and interpret site plans, grades, and elevationsSet grades, slopes, and drainage according to project plansLead, train, and supervise crew members on siteEnsure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standardsEnforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA regulationsCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, and inspectorsPerform daily equipment and site inspectionsMaintain accurate jobsite documentation and reportsQualifications:Minimum 5+ years experience in grading and earthworkPrior foreman or lead experience preferredStrong knowledge of site work, grading, and utilitiesAbility to operate heavy equipment proficientlyAbility to read blueprints and use grade checking tools (laser, GPS, etc.)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license; CDL a plusAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsCompany Description Heavy civil earthwork, utility, and concrete firm based out of Greeley, Colorado.RoadsHighwaysParking lotsLandfill reclamation and excavationAggregate miningSubdivisions Company Description Heavy civil earthwork, utility, and concrete firm based out of Greeley, Colorado.\r\n• Roads\r\n• Highways\r\n• Parking lots\r\n• Landfill reclamation and excavation\r\n• Aggregate mining\r\n• Subdivisions
