Job Description Job Title: LaborerJob Description We are seeking dedicated laborers to join our team on a new build construction site, specifically a data center. This role involves general labor tasks as directed by the General Contractor, including rough carpentry, custodial duties, loading and unloading materials, and landscaping. Operating a scissor lift is highly advantageous.Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks as directed by the General Contractor.Engage in rough carpentry work on the construction site.Undertake custodial duties to maintain a clean work environment.Load and unload materials efficiently and safely.Participate in landscaping activities as required.Operate a scissor lift, if certified.Assist with delivery unloading using forklift, telehandler, or Lull.Essential Skills 1+ years of experience on a commercial construction site.Proficiency in using hand tools and performing general labor tasks.Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.Scissor Lift Certification is advantageous.Experience with forklift, telehandler, and Lull operations.Why Work Here?This position offers the opportunity to be hired permanently after a contract-to-hire period of 12 months, providing a stable career path in a growing industry.Work EnvironmentThe work environment consists of both outdoor and indoor settings on a new build industrial site.
