Client Services Director

A company is looking for a Client Services Director (Remote). Key Responsibilities Determine account management strategies related to client service plans and oversee retention and satisfaction Provide stewardship reporting and conduct pre-renewal visits to identify potential issues Resolve major customer service issues and coordinate invoicing and audits for assigned clients Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required Two (2) years of account manager experience or five (5) years of adjuster experience required Two (2) years of supervisory experience required CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM or other related designation preferred
