This role serves as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, helping resolve issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and coordinate internally with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and billing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in logistics/customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accountsServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalationsCoordinate with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and billing departments to ensure customer needs are metMonitor shipment activity, service levels, and account performanceProvide customers with shipment updates, tracking information, and issue resolutionIdentify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiencyAssist with onboarding new customers and implementing account proceduresPrepare reports, customer updates, and service reviews as neededEnsure all customer information and activity are accurately documented in company systemsHandle customer complaints professionally and work toward timely resolutionsSupport management with special projects and process improvementsMaintain strong communication with both internal teams and external customersSalary: $150,000 per yearPosition Requirements: 3+ years of customer service, account management, or logistics experience preferred. Experience within transportation, warehousing, 3PL, intermodal, or supply chain environments strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with TMS/WMS systems is a plus.
