Join the Bedrock Healthcare Team.Bedrock Healthcare is looking for a Recruiter to join our team and assist with Human Resources functions for our facilities in Wisconsin. As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, assisting with social media campaigns, and conducting phone screens/interviews. This position also calls for some responsibilities in Human Resources which will include preparing compensation and benefits packages, assisting with the development of company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To ensure success, you should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and employee training.The ideal candidate will reside in Wisconsin and will be able to work remotely from home. There will be occasional travel to Bedrock Healthcare's Wisconsin facilities.Recruiter ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with department heads to compile a consistent list of requirements for open positionsAttracting suitable candidates through online employment forums, social media, etc.Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positionsProviding recruitment reports to team managersPrepare and review compensation and benefits packagesImplement training and development plansAssist with development and implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures and structures throughout the organizationRecommend strategies to motivate employees.Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment statusAssist with budget monitoring and payrollProcess employees’ queries and respond in a timely mannerRecruiter QualificationsProven work experience as a Recruiter or HR GeneralistExperience recruiting in a healthcare/nursing capacity strongly preferredExcellent record keeping skillsKnowledge of Applicant Tracking SystemsSolid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesWorks comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlinesTeam management skillsBachelor's in Human Resources or relevant fieldRecruiter BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commissionHealth, dental, and vision insuranceTuition Reimbursement up to $5000 per year2 weeks of PTO and 6 paid holidays401k, including generous employer matchRemote work-from-home environment
