Senior React Engineers – Remote Contract OpportunityThis is a long-term hourly engagement for experienced Senior React Engineers based in the United States.Arc is sourcing candidates on behalf of a client for a project focused on improving next-generation AI systems through real-world frontend engineering expertise.We're looking for engineers with deep production experience building modern React applications, designing scalable component architectures, and solving complex frontend challenges.Relevant backgrounds include:• Senior React Engineering• Frontend Engineering• Full-Stack Engineering (React-focused)• JavaScript / TypeScript Development• UI Architecture• Component Library DevelopmentThe work involves:• Evaluating and improving advanced AI systems using real-world engineering expertise• Working with complex React applications and frontend architectures• Reviewing technical implementations and engineering workflows• Producing clear technical feedback, documentation, and engineering observations• Collaborating remotely on long-term engineering projectsRequirements:• Based in the United States• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience• Extensive production-level React experience, including state management and component design• Experience writing technical specifications, detailed bug reports, or automated test suites• Availability to commit 5–10 hours per week• Able to start immediately or by mid-weekPrior AI experience is not required.What matters most is strong frontend engineering experience, sound technical judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate engineering decisions clearly.If you're a Senior React Engineer—or know someone who is—feel free to apply.
