Investment Banking Vice President – M&A GeneralistLocation: New York City Metro AreaThe OpportunityOur client, a top U.S. Accounting & Advisory firm is seeking a Investment Banking Vice President to join its Investment Banking (M&A) team in their New York City area offices. This is a high-impact role offering immediate exposure to complex M&A transactions across a variety of sectors including Induatrials, Business Services, TMT, and Consumer. What You’ll DoExecute sell-side M&A transactions for founder led companies & Brands across a range of sectors.Manage key workstreams including due diligence, valuation, modeling, and client deliverables.Support business development initiatives and pitch execution alongside senior team members.Interface directly with clients and investors throughout all phases of the transaction process.What You Bring6+ years of investment banking experience, ideally with a focus on M&A, across any sector.Strong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling capabilities.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships confidently.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to excel in a lean, fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.Why This FirmConsistent deal flowMeaningful responsibility and direct exposure to senior leadership from day one.Collaborative culture with strong mentorship and professional growth opportunities.Competitive compensation and clear upward mobility.
