Senior Project Manager

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager in Indianapolis, who has experience in ground up commercial construction and healthcare renovations having managed projects from $10M to $50M or more. They are wanting someone with remodel and ground up experience. The candidate can be someone that is currently a Senior Project Manager or a Project Manager II that is ready for a senior level role. This company has experience continuted growth, operating in diverse commercial, multi family, hospitality, healthcare and senior living.Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:Coordinate with the Project Executive to set-up contracts/P.O.'s, required testing/inspections, submittals/samples, subcontractor/supplier lists, project scheduleCoordinate with the Estimator on the project budget, project scope, potential problems such as critical items and/or special hazardsExecute owner contract as may be requiredConfirm all quantities with EstimatorReview returned subcontracts before signingThorough review with the field superintendent of the plans and specifications for layout/dimensions and critical items, subcontractor/supplier list and their scopes of work, delivery and submittal items and timing, project schedule, project budget, testing/inspection reports/results, permits, daily log and travel policy, meeting agendas, project delays, change order work, etc.Senior Project Manager Minimum Qualifications:A degree in Construction Management or Construction/Civil Engineering/Architecture strongly preferred10+ years of experience in Commercial Building ConstructionExperience with technology: Sage, ProCore, OnScreen Takeoff, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, Smart BidA safety first mindsetShould you feel that your skills and experience are suitable for this Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction job or if there are is another area of interest please contact me confidentially at 605-705-3302 or tim.dejong@gogpac.comGPAC (Growing People and Companies) is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States over the past 28 years.
