Procurement Specialist

Logistics:4 days a week on-site in Tulsa, OK with Fridays remote6-month contractMust Haves:Experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain operations.Working knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and purchase order management.Experience using ERP systems for purchasing and order tracking.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Plusses:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.Experience supporting capital projects, fabricated equipment, or engineered materials.Familiarity with supplier performance metrics and cost analysis.Experience working in regulated or safety critical environments. Knowledge of contract terms, Incoterms, and basic commercial conditions.Day to Day:The Supply Chain Procurement Specialist owns the execution of purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services that support operational and project requirements. This role is responsible for end-to-end buying activities including supplier sourcing, pricing validation, order placement, and delivery expediting. The Buyer works cross-functionally to ensure materials arrive on time, at the right cost, and in compliance with company policies, while actively managing supplier performance and riskCompensation:$19/hr to $21/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
