Role Description We are seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our team on-site in Bloomfield Hills, MI. In this role, you will support daily operations, ensure efficient administrative processes, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, supporting team logistics, and assisting with operational project execution. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth business operations and enhancing our client experience. Qualifications Strong Operations Management and Administrative Assistance skills to organize, delegate, and execute daily business processes efficiently.Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members, ensuring a premium experience.Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate workflows, identify improvements, and implement effective operational solutions.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in relevant tools and software for administrative and operational tasks.Experience in a client-service or hospitality industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
