RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate new business through outbound calls, warm leads, referrals, and community engagement
Meet and exceed sales goals for policies written, premium growth, and conversion rates
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Provide clear explanations of coverage options and guide customers through the buying process
Maintain accurate records and follow State Farm sales processes
Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
Contribute to a positive, energetic, goal‑driven team environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
