Plumbing Install Lead Technician

We are hiring for both Install and Service.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionality Troubleshoot and resolve problems Prepare cost estimates Collect payment for services rendered when required Follow through on job problems and communicate issues with Dispatch Keep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricing Attend training classes and seminars to maintain expertise in the field On call rotationsRequired Qualifications: 3-5 years' plumbing experience Ability to work independently and self-manage Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities General sales skills and aptitude Excellent communication skills Great listening skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Work will be performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, in various weather conditions, including temperatures above 100 degrees, snow, and other inclement weather; from heights, on ladders, in small spaces, and on rooftops. Frequent standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods of time is required. Must be able to perform the following: Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
