We have a vast array of rehabilitation services including inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, sports medicine, speech, occupational and recreational therapy. Special cardiac rehabilitation and pulmonary rehabilitation programs are also offered for those who have had a heart attack, bypass surgery, angioplasty or chronic lung disease. You'll also instruct the nursing staff and the patient's families on follow-through programs that build on the progress they've madeCommunicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient recordsDocument patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirementsInstruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programsMaintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean conditionHandle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal lawsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are renderedCurrent CPR certificationStrong organizational and communication skillsOpen to new gradsEEOC StatementLifepoint Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
