Verbal and written feedback is delivered to the staff in an effort to ensure the client is progressing in alignment with their treatment plan. This position reports to the local Clinical Director(s).ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESWorking under the supervision of the Clinical Director(s), essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintain a small to moderate caseloadAssist Clinical Director(s) with intervention on clinical cases to influence positive outcomesCollaborate with the Program Manager on client cohort progress and communication to payorEvaluate clinical quality of assigned cases by providing consultation and supervision and communicating with Behavioral Interventionists (BI's) and parents/caregivers to get additional feedback and input regarding treatment prognosisRegularly provide collaboration on cases that are not progressing in alignment with their treatment plan (e.g., facing significant barriers to progress)Participate on cases that need advanced clinical consultation by working alongside the treatment team to modify treatment plansCommunicating with parents regarding any clinical concerns related to the client programProvide parent training workshops and services that provide opportunities for higher levels of parent participationAttend IEP meetings (as approved by funding sources or as needed)Monitor and provide input regarding outcome data, with support of the Director of Client Outcomes, in their region including but not limited to:Standardized assessment trendsLevel of service recommendation trendsLength of time in treatment trendsTransition status trends The foregoing job responsibilities are illustrative only and are not meant to be exhaustive. ACES reserves the right to change, amend or modify the job description/responsibilities at any time and in its sole discretion.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Ability to work independently with only general supervisionMinimum Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license3+ years (5+ years preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBAPreferred5+ years' experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs5+ years training and/or education related to ASDValid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportationBackground check, tuberculosis test, LiveScan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearanceComfortable working in home, community, school, clinic, and military base environmentsComfortable working in group settings and leading small groups of staff and clientsStrong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staffProficiency with MS Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, database software, project management softwareHighly organizedProfessional, positive attitudeExcellent communication skillsPhysical Requirements:Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 25 poundsDirect work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions Additional Information ACES is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
