Project Manager

Operations Project ManagerLooking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our rapidly growing business. As an Operations Project Manager your primary focus will be managing the daily and long-term activities associated with our client facility projects. Primary Responsibilities Include:·      Primary point of contact on projects for internal team members, subcontractors, vendors and clients·      Setting project schedule to include material orders, subcontractor estimating and scheduling along with client site readiness·      Communication of project information with client and to all associated internal team members, and subcontractors·      Track and report on all projects using inhouse tools (SharePoint and Net Suite)·      Create and submit contract documents, RFI, purchase orders, change orders, etc.Required Skills and Experience·      Bachelor’s degree·      3-5 years of project and project management work experience·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills·      Experience working effectively in a team setting·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and industry-specific software, such as; NetSuite and SharePoint.·      System and installation problem-solving skills ·      Experience working with contract documents, construction drawings and specifications, scope of work and project schedules.
