This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. No prior HVAC experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.ResponsibilitiesAssist lead technicians with the installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductworkCarry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sitesHelp remove and dispose of old HVAC equipmentAssist with setting and connecting indoor and outdoor unitsHelp run and install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and drain linesMaintain a clean and organized work area at job sitesLoad and unload trucks and ensure tools and materials are accounted forFollow company safety procedures and jobsite protocolsRepresent the company professionally when interacting with customersQualificationsStrong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled tradeAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoorsReliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferredGood attitude and ability to work as part of a teamMechanical aptitude is a plus HVAC schooling or certification is a bonus but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payOn-the-job training and career advancement opportunitiesOpportunity to learn a high-demand tradeSupportive team environmentPotential path to becoming a Lead Installer or Service Technician
