Join to apply for the Strategic Account Manager role at Louisiana First NewsLouisiana First News is looking for a driven, strategic, and collaborative Strategic Account Manager – Digital to join our Baton Rouge sales team.In this role, you'll partner closely with our Account Executives to support new business development, grow existing accounts, and elevate the team's digital expertise. As our lead digital specialist, you'll work hand-in-hand with Sales Managers and the Director of Sales to help us meet and exceed our digital revenue goals.What You'll DoDevelop and execute digital sales strategies that exceed revenue targetsIdentify high-potential categories and create compelling prospecting approaches for the sales teamConduct client discovery meetings and perform data analysis to provide clear, actionable insights and both short- and long-term digital recommendationsEvaluate KPIs, monitor and optimize campaign performance, and communicate results clearly to ensure advertisers receive maximum valueTake complex digital strategies and simplify them into concepts clients and AEs can easily understandBuild and maintain strong client relationships in collaboration with Account ExecutivesDrive new business efforts and grow existing accountsSupport the training and development of sales team members to strengthen their digital knowledgePerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For3+ years of digital sales experience (digital sales management experience a plus)Proven experience in digital video strategy, including OTT and CTVDemonstrated success running digital campaigns across display, email, social, audio streaming, search, and moreA natural coach and mentor with the ability to identify developmental needs and help others growExperience with Google Analytics preferredFluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skillsA valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportationExceptional time-management skills and the ability to balance the needs of multiple Account Executives and clients with strong attention to detailWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to be a part of shaping the digital success of Louisiana First News in one of the most competitive media markets in Louisiana.
