Travel Nurse RN - Home Health - $2,200 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Torrance, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care across Los Angeles County . The RN will manage a high-volume caseload, perform patient assessments, and ensure accurate documentation, including OASIS, in a fast-paced home health setting. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in home health settings . Complete OASIS assessments and documentation accurately . Manage a caseload of 5-6 patients per day . Develop and implement individualized care plans . Monitor patient progress and coordinate care with the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care. Ensure compliance with home health regulations and documentation standards . Schedule & Work Details Start Time: 8:00 AM (strict adherence required) Weekend Requirement: Every 4 weeks On-Call: Required Coverage Area: Los Angeles County (5-20 mile radius) Mileage Reimbursement: IRS standard rate Pay Model: Hourly (not per visit) Required Experience Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience (high-volume caseload required) Previous Home Health travel experience required (no first-time travelers) Recent OASIS experience required (mandatory) Must pass an OASIS exam prior to interview Required Certifications & Licensure Active RN License (must be active at submission) BLS Certification Flu Vaccine required (no exemptions) Additional Information Locals Accepted: Yes (no radius restriction) Strong familiarity with OASIS E11, G-Section, GG Section, and M18 required About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
