Director of Program Management

Director of Program Management Overview Rise Power Systems, a division of SMT, Inc., is seeking a Director of Program Management to drive execution across product and engineering. This is a hands-on role responsible for aligning teams, managing key programs, and building a scalable execution framework. This is a remote position with as needed travel to customers and Rise locations. You’ll start as a team of one, with the opportunity to build and lead the program management team as the organization grows.
