This role involves product reprocessing, parts handling, visual inspections, packaging, labeling, and completing production documentation while following standard operating procedures. This is a team-oriented role ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, organization skills, and experience working in production, inspection, or quality-focused environments.This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insuranceA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesPRODUCTION OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform routine production and packaging functionsReprocess products and handle production partsConduct visual inspections and basic gauging inspectionsComplete paperwork and maintain accurate production recordsFollow FDA, GMP, and ISO guidelines and proceduresSupport team production goals and maintain a safe work environmentRotate between tasks and responsibilities as neededFollow standard operating procedures under direct supervisionPRODUCTION OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, inspections, or regulated environmentsAbility to read and understand written instructions in EnglishBasic math and communication skills requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work flexible or extended hours when neededComfortable working in a team environmentTake the Next Step!Join a company that values your growth and contributions.
