This role focuses on the manual reprocessing of products, including parts handling, packaging, and quality inspections.This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insuranceA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesPRODUCTION OPERATOR (QUALITY INSPECTION) | RESPONSIBILITIES:Production & Packaging: Perform routine production functions including utility operations, packing, labeling, and assembly.Quality Inspection: Conduct visual inspections and use gauging tools to ensure product integrity.Documentation: Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO (9000/13485) standards.Operational Support: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and instructions under direct supervision.Collaboration: Work effectively in a team setting to meet daily production goals and objectives.PRODUCTION OPERATOR (QUALITY INSPECTION) | REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.Prior experience in quality control, inspections, or a regulated work environment (Medical Device, Pharma, or Food Manufacturing).Ability to perform basic math calculations and read/interpret technical specifications in English.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.Physical/Availability: Must be able to work flexible or extended hours as needed and maintain punctual attendance.Take the Next Step!Join a company that values your growth and contributions.
