SENIOR, LEARNING & EVENT TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

Be part of the Information Services & Technology (IS&T) community within the Learning & Event Technology Services (LETS) group. We seek energetic, self-directed, and motivated individuals to provide top-tier AV/IT support to faculty, staff, and students. In this hands-on role, you'll install, configure, repair, and troubleshoot systems, offering advanced support for a wide range of AV/IT technologies. Collaborate with management on emerging technologies, test new solutions, and serve in various roles such as Subject Matter Expert or Technical Lead.Requirements8 years of progressively responsible experience with AV/IT technology in a support role.Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
