Our client is seeking a Paid Search ManagerThis is a hybrid role in Plano, TX - Local DFW candidates ONLYOur client is a leading multi-brand consumer products company with a strong eCommerce and retail presence across North America. Their portfolio includes several well-established brands across home and lifestyle categories, supported by a collaborative, performance-driven team focused on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.Role OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Paid Search Manager to own the execution, optimization, and performance of paid search efforts across a portfolio of brands.This role will be responsible for managing Google Ads and other search platforms, driving efficient customer acquisition, and supporting the transition from an agency-managed model to an in-house team. The Paid Search Manager will partner closely with senior media leadership to execute strategy while owning day-to-day performance and managing a junior team member.This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & OptimizationOwn execution, optimization, and scaling of paid search campaigns across multiple brands (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)Manage full-funnel campaign structures, including Search, Shopping, and Performance MaxOversee and optimize significant monthly search spend with clear ROAS and CPA targetsIdentify performance trends and scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency goalsKeyword & Query StrategyLead keyword strategy, including expansion, mining, and competitive gap analysisOwn match type strategy and ongoing query refinementManage negative keyword strategy to improve efficiency and traffic qualityLeverage search query insights to inform broader marketing and messaging strategyShopping & Feed OptimizationManage and optimize product feeds and Merchant Center performanceImprove product data (titles, descriptions, categorization) to enhance visibility and conversionPartner with internal teams and tools to improve feed quality and coverageTesting, Measurement & Performance AnalysisExecute and track structured testing across:Ad copy and messagingLanding pages (in partnership with cross-functional teams)Bidding strategies and campaign typesBuild and maintain a repeatable testing frameworkUse insights to inform optimizations, budget allocation, and creative directionDeliver clear reporting and performance insights to stakeholders (weekly/monthly)Analyze attribution and interpret blended performance across channelsTeam Leadership & CollaborationSupport transition from agency-managed accounts to in-house ownershipCollaborate cross-functionally with paid media, SEO, and broader marketing teamsSupervise and mentor a junior team member to support execution and growthQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field4–7+ years of hands-on paid search experienceStrong expertise in:Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)Google Merchant CenterExperience managing large monthly paid search budgetsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionExperience with feed optimization tools or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) preferredDetail-oriented with strong execution skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
