Here are some of the duties that may be a part of your position as Business Office Manager and positively impact the lives of those who call us home!
Conduct payroll processing including earnings, taxes, benefit deductions, and garnishments.
Manage US payroll statutory compliance.
Maintain benefits enrollment programs, ancillary and 401(k) plans deductions.
Maintain payroll guidelines by ensuring policies and procedures are documented in a timely basis.
Manages daily missed punches.
Manages overtime in accordance with state law.
Updates HR missing documents weekly and works with managers on compliance.
Manages a turnover tracker.
Completes all new hire orientation and onboarding.
Tracks PTO requests.
Tracks employee benefits.
Collaborates with managers on employee performance.
Tracks annual evaluations and collaborates with managers on completions.
Effectively communicate with employees with respect to Payroll, Time & Attendance, Pay Plans, tax withholdings and other topics as needed.
Maintain Worker Comp system and track ongoing claims.
Manage recruitment of new staff
Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
Maintains security of business office files and accounting support documents.
Maintains all accounts receivable records including collections.
Adheres to the collections process
Processes all AP invoicing.
