Process Engineer nJob Description nThe Process Engineer will provide technical support, capability improvement, standardized work, immediate problem solving, and process support for multiple processes. nnnProvide technical support for manufacturing concerns. n nnImprove process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. n nnProcess data collection and analysis to make data-based decisions and implement corrective actions. n nnControl of non-conforming material flow throughout the plant; work closely with shift quality engineer. n nnProvide customer concern support and corrective actions. n nnEnsure supplier correction action effectiveness for all incoming material concerns. n nnParticipate in kaizen events, layered audit and internal audit process. n nnValidation and release of processes for new products and engineering changes. n nnDefine preventive measures and detect control methods: Owner of Control Plan. n nnDrive new process technology and continuous improvement: Ensure projects are completed on time. n nnWork closely with product development engineers, maintenance and shift area managers to improve efficiency of operations. n nnAdditional job duties as necessary to facilitate plant operation and needs. n n nQualifications nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE nnnBachelor's degree in engineering or other related field n nnInternship experience related to process engineering n nnStrong leadership, people, and organizational skills n nnMust be able to communicate at all levels of the organization n nnMust be able to solve problems and issues n nnMust be detail-oriented n nnExperience working with quality standards ISO9001 or similar n n nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
