About the Role We are seeking a composed, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Spa Desk Attendant to serve as the primary point of contact for the Kith Ivy spa experience. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of the spa reception, ensuring every member arrives feeling welcomed and leaves having received a seamless and luxurious experience. What You Will Do: Spa Reception & Member Experience Welcome all spa members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and a personalized approach Manage spa appointment scheduling, modification, and cancellation with accuracy using spa management software Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spa treatments, services, packages, and wellness programming Ensure smooth member flow through the spa, coordinating with therapists, estheticians, and locker room staff Prepare and maintain the reception area, relaxation lounge, and waiting spaces to the highest luxury standard Revenue & Retail Drive treatment bookings, upselling of upgrades, packages, and retail products Process payments accurately and maintain accurate transaction records Manage retail display and inventory at the spa desk in collaboration with the Retail Supervisor Meet individual booking and retail revenue targets as established by Spa leadership Operations & Communication Maintain therapist schedules and communicate booking updates and changes promptly Coordinate with the broader Front Office team for member arrivals and cross-departmental service requests Monitor spa supply levels and communicate replenishment needs to the Spa Supervisor Ensure all guest records, preferences, and contraindication forms are accurately maintained Who You Are: Requirements 1 to 3 years of spa reception, front desk, or luxury hospitality experience required Working knowledge of spa services, treatments, and wellness terminology Experience with spa management software such as Mindbody, Book4Time, or similar Calm, composed demeanor with the ability to manage high-volume booking periods Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Genuine enthusiasm for wellness and luxury service Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
