Depending on licensure and training, Nurse Practitioners may also support advanced treatments and post-procedure follow-ups.Specific responsibilities, schedules, and scope will vary based on practice needs and provider experience.Core Responsibilities (May Include)Performing injectable aesthetic treatments in accordance with CAPS' clinical standardsConducting consultations, health histories, and detailed treatment documentationReviewing and executing personalized treatment plans with accuracy and safetyCollaborating with clinical leadership on operational and growth initiativesParticipating in internal and vendor-led training to support skill advancementManaging patient care plans, follow-ups, and rebooking for optimal outcomesMaintaining OSHA, infection control, and safety standardsContributing to departmental meetings and continuous improvement effortsProviding compassionate, professional, and ethical patient careQualifications & ExperienceActive RN or NP license in the state of Ohio (required)Significant hands-on injection experience in a medical or aesthetics settingAdvanced proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillersStrong communication, interpersonal, and consultation skillsCommitment to patient safety, ethics, and high-quality outcomesTeam-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detailCompensation & BenefitsCompensation and benefits vary based on experience, position, and full-time and part-time status.
