Oracle Integration/ Fast Formula Developer

Job Title:Oracle Integration Developer (Remote)Job Summary:Next Generation, Inc, an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Integration Developer with expertise in Fast Formulas to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle integration technologies, particularly Oracle Fusion Middleware, and extensive experience in developing and customizing Fast Formulas for Oracle ERP and HCM applications.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement Oracle integration solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware, including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, and Oracle Integration Cloud.Design, develop and customize Fast Formulas for various Oracle applications, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Financials, etc to meet business requirements.Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Middleware components to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of integration solutions.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of developed solutions to ensure quality and reliabilityTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks in integration solutionsDocument technical specifications, design documents, test plans and user guides for developed solutions, ensuring accuracy and completenessCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to deliver integrated and cohesive solutions that meet business needsJob Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oralce integration development, with a focus on Oracle Fusion MiddlewareExtensive experience in developing and customizing Fast Formulas for Oracle applications, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Payroll or Oracle FinancialsSolid understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware components, including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, and Oracle Integration CloudProficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming langugage and SQL query optimizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and design efficient integration solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersOracle certifications, (eg Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud Service) are a plusExperience with Oracle Cloud applications and technologies is preferred.
