Under general supervision, the Lead Physical Therapist develops, supervises and provides optimal patient care services as referred by physician for Physical Therapy, based on population-specific needs utilizing a developmental and patient/family directed approach. This role provides daily operational supervision to assigned staff, Physical Therapists, Volunteers, Therapy Technicians, and Physical Therapy Assistants. Provides clinical education experiences for physical therapy students as assigned.
