We believe in making the hiring process easier for educators and creating better outcomes for students.This Paraprofessional role offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with students, either individually or in small groups, reinforcing lessons, aiding with assignments, and contributing to a positive and productive classroom.Responsibilities:- Assisting the classroom teacher- Work with individual and (or) small groups of students to reinforce instructed material- Assist in compiling classroom communications- Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and a safe learning environment- Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student learning experiences and support them as needed- Support with personal care or hygiene as needed, including toiletingRequired Qualifications:-High School Diploma or equivalent-Experience working with children with Special Educational needs-Experience working with personal care -US Work Authorization.
