Our team is committed to supporting educators with personalized job matches and ongoing mentorship at every step.As a Teacher Aide, you'll support the teacher in fostering a nurturing and productive educational setting, assisting with student needs, managing classroom logistics, and helping to implement daily lesson plans.Responsibilities:Assisting the classroom teacherWork with individual and (or) small groups of students to reinforce instructed materialAssist in compiling classroom communicationsMaintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and a safe learning environmentUtilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student learning experiences and support them as neededSupport with personal care or hygiene as needed, including toiletingRequired Qualifications:-High School Diploma or equivalent-Experience working with children with Special Educational needs-Experience working with personal care-US Work Authorization.
