Job Description:Sims Non-Medical Home Care Agency is currently hiring a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a one-on-one home care case located in Philadelphia, PA.This is a consistent weekend overnight position. The caregiver MUST remain awake for the entire shift. This is NOT a sleep case.Shift:Friday, Saturday, Sunday9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Overnight – Awake Shift Required)Pay:$17–$18 per hour (based on experience)Responsibilities:• Provide one-on-one care in a home setting• Monitor client throughout the night to ensure safety• Assist with repositioning, toileting, and overnight care needs• Encourage hydration if needed• Maintain a clean and safe client environment• Document observations and communicate updatesRequirements:• Active CNA certification (REQUIRED)• MUST be available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight• MUST remain awake for the full shift (no sleeping)• Reliable, attentive, and professional• Experience with overnight care preferred• Must pass background checkAdditional Expectations:We are seeking mature, responsible, and dependable individuals who are serious about their work.
