Neurology Opportunity in Minneapolis-St. Paul, MinnesotaPhysician-Led Outpatient Focus True Autonomy This is an opportunity to join one of the Twin Cities' most established physician-led neurology groups, built by neurologists who wanted control over how they practice. With strong patient demand, deep ancillary support, and a collaborative culture, this outpatient neurology role offers the flexibility to shape your scope while maintaining balance in a highly desirable metro market. It is an ideal setting for neurologists seeking independence without sacrificing infrastructure or long-term earning potential. Practice Overview Private, physician-led group with 18 adult neurologists, 6 pediatric neurologists, 12 APPs, and neuropsychology support General neurology foundation with the ability to incorporate subspecialty interests On-site MRI, EEG, EMG, infusion services, sleep labs, and neuropsychology EEG and EMG experience welcomed but not required Rotation between two well-staffed clinic locations within the metro Schedule Full-time 4 to 5 days preferred, with 3-day schedules considered Flexible clinic hours between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Phone-only call, rotating 1:16, with low overall volume Average of 14 to 15 patients per day Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary with RVU productivity model Current physicians earning in excess of $400,000 annually Signing bonus and relocation assistance available PTO that increases with tenure, CME funds, malpractice with tail, and retirement match Candidate Profile Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology within five years of training Open to 2025 and 2026 graduates, as well as experienced neurologists Subspecialists welcome with a balanced general neurology component Comfortable practicing across clinic sites within the Twin Cities About the Community The Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro consistently ranks among the best places to live in the United States.
