CRNA, NP & PA Opportunities in Beautiful Arizona! 2121 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist: Seeking 2 Fully-certified CRNA s for a Hospital located 1.5 hours from Phoenix, Arizona. General anesthesia, Obstetrics, Nerve Blocks , Pic lines. Will cover Ob deliveries if necessary. CRNA only practice model. 2 weeks on 1 week off. Must be comfortable working in an independent practice setting and performing all aspects of pre, intra, and post-operative care. Cases include General Surgery, OB/GYN, GI, Ortho, and occasionally cathlab. No hearts or neuro. Must be proficient in peripheral nerve blockade (most common blocks done here are adductor canal, femoral, popliteal, fascia iliaca, TAP, supraclavicular, and interscalene nerve blocks). Regularly place arterial and central venous catheters, and must be comfortable placing and managing OB labor epidurals and spinals. Mix of 12 hour and 24 hour shifts. 10-15 daily patient load per clinician. Busy level IIEQ, with patients down to 28 weeks. Daily bedside rounds with Neo. NNP and Neo share responsibility of admission, discharges. NNP does most procedures. Strong NICU nurses and delivery team, NNP attends few deliveries. No surgery, cardiac or high frequency.
